§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The privacy policy applies to all aspects of data processing on the website naturalpoland.pl (hereinafter “WEBSITE”), run by BRACIA STRZELCZYK WITOLD STRZELCZYK based in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 58, 00-545 Warsaw, registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, NIP number: 5260055650, REGON: 011551390, hereinafter referred to as the “ADMINISTRATOR”.

§2 PERSONAL DATA

  1. The personal data of the WEBSITE users are processed in the following situations:
    1. saving and storing “cookies” in the memory of the device by which the user browses the WEBSITE. Cookies allow for the identification of Users upon subsequent visits to the WEBSITE; at the same time, they do not allow the ADMINISTRATOR to identify a specific natural person;
    2. sending messages using contact forms and inquiries, which are sent to the ADMINISTRATOR’s mailbox, provided that personal data identifying the sender of the message is provided;

In each of the above-mentioned cases of using the WEBSITE, your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, GDPR; Journal of Laws of the EU. No. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1, as amended).
  3. The ADMINISTRATOR ensures that it protects the data of the Users of the WEBSITE (including by using the SSL protocol) in accordance with applicable law and information security standards.
  4. The basis for the processing of “cookies” is the legitimate interest of the ADMINISTRATOR, described in the Cookies Policy, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR or the user’s consent for some more privacy-intrusive applications, which at the same time may be a convenience for Users, in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR;
  5. The purpose of processing the data of Users using contact forms and inquiries is to reply to the message sent or to present the ADMINISTRATOR’s product offer;
  6. The recipients of the personal data of the WEBSITE users may be partners cooperating within the ADMINISTRATOR’s organizational structure and entities processing data on behalf of the ADMINISTRATOR, on the basis of concluded processing outsourcing agreements.
  7. External tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, transmit data on the use of the WEBSITE to the service provider, i.e. Google LLC, outside the European Economic Area. The data is transferred to the United States, where, under certain national security programs, US public authorities may gain access to your data.
  8. The storage time of “cookies” on the User’s device depends on their type and on the User, which is described in detail in the Cookie Policy;
  9. The data sent using the contact form or inquiry will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or the claims are time-barred;
  10. You have (subject to the grounds for processing) the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to request deletion of data, the right to request restriction of data processing, the right to object to processing, the right to submit complaints to the supervisory authority, i.e. The President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. §3 COOKIES POLICY

  1. Cookies are text information sent by the web server to the device used by the User when using the WEBSITE.
  2. Cookies are used by the ADMINISTRATOR to ensure the proper operation of the WEBSITE, to ensure security, to adapt the content of the WEBSITE to the preferences of the Users (e.g. choice of the language version), to create statistics and to provide the Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
