Notification of the Conversion of the Entrepreneur into a Limited Liability Company (LLC)

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you that as of September 1st, 2023, the entrepreneur Mr. Witold Strzelczyk, who has been conducting business under the name „BRACIA STRZELCZYK” WITOLD STRZELCZYK at ul. Marszałkowska 58 lok. 11 and 12, 00-545 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Entrepreneur to be Converted"), has been transformed into a capital company operating under the name STRZELCZYK LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Converted Company").

On September 1st, 2023, the Converted Company was registered in the business registry maintained by the District Court for the city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001055409. New NIP numbers 7011162661 and REGON 526266110 have been assigned to the company.

We would like to point out that, in accordance with Art. 5842 § 1 of the Commercial Code, all rights and obligations of the Entrepreneur to be Converted are vested in the Converted Company. Hence, the Converted Company continues the activities previously conducted by the Entrepreneur to be Converted. In particular, the Converted Company remains a party to all contracts entered into by the Entrepreneur to be Converted.
